Complete inner (secondary) & outer (primary) hydraulic cam chain tensioner kit. Hydraulic cam chain tensioner kit by S&S with bodies machined from 6061 aluminum. With a larger piston and a tighter tolerance fit of the tensioner shoe in the body so shoes will no longer rock. Pad is also thicker for extended service intervals. Will also fit 99-06 Twin Cam models custom fitted with late 07-17 style hydraulic chain tensioners.
